Maintenance:
The non-stick aluminum grids can be easily removed and cleaned by brushing them under a tap with “warm” water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cleaning brush (not a wire brush or scourer!). Dry the cooking grates with a dry, soft cloth. The grids are also dishwasher safe.
